Key Information
Day 1
Explore the coastline

Kayaking
Meet your guide at your hotel in Mahón and head to the starting point in Cala Sant Esteve. After a quick briefing, it’s time to get into the water. You’ll paddle north or south (depending on conditions) and explore the coast before finding a secluded cove for a picnic lunch, swim and snorkel. Paddle further along the coast in the afternoon, eventually finding a small beach where you’ll set up your bivouac for the night - either at Cala Biniparratx in the south or Arenal de Mongofre in the north.
Day 2
Hidden coves
Kayaking
Wake up on your idyllic beach spot, grab breakfast, swim, break down camp and hit the water again. If you're on the south coast you’ll paddle past limestone cliffs and explore concealed caves that are only accessible by sea, stopping for lunch in Cales Coves, an ancient necropolis. You'll paddle along two of the largest beaches on the island, Son Bou with its lovely, transparent waters and Binigaus, where you'll spend the night.
If you have headed north you'll kayak to remote islets and the oldest rocks of the island before stopping for lunch in the cove of Cala en Turqueta. Spend the afternoon paddling past the cliffs and caves of La Mola de Fornells and tackle the crossing to Cap de Cavalleria. You’ll set up camp at Cala Cavalleria, known for its crystal water, perfect for a sunset swim before dinner and another night bivvying on the beach.
Day 3
Idyllic beaches

Kayaking
Wake, swim, eat, paddle, repeat! In the south you'll delve deeper into Menorca’s off-the-beaten-path locations, discover beaches at Fustam, Trebalúger, and Mitjana and paddle into caves before finding a good spot for lunch. In the afternoon a light paddle takes you to the pearl of the island, Macarelleta where you'll spend the night.
On the north coast, you’ll discover the jewel beaches of Binimel·là and Pregonda and swim in the seagrass meadows before settling in for lunch at Cala del Pilar - a beautiful and rugged cove. In the afternoon you’ll paddle onto Cala Algaiarens (a quiet beach surrounded by scenic cliffs) to set up camp and enjoy the night sky.
Day 4
One last paddle

Kayaking
Kick off the final day of the adventure with a swim at two of the clearest water beaches on the island, Macarelleta in the south and Algaiarens in the north. Grab coffee and breakfast before hitting the water for the last day of paddling. Explore the caves beneath the highest cliffs on the north coast in Cala Morell, while in the south you'll paddle towards Son Saura for a swim and lunch on the beach before reaching the finish line at Son Xoriguer. Whether you finish up in the north or the south, your guide will transfer you back to Menorca Airport in the late afternoon in time for your onward flight, or at your accommodation in Mahón if you are staying on longer in Menorca.

What is the food like?

Expect tasty and fresh homemade meals cooked by your guides on the beach. Breakfast will include coffee or tea, bread, jelly, ham, cheese, fruit and muesli. Lunch will be bread, fruit, rice or pasta salads, while dinner will be hearty pasta or rice-based dishes. Your host can cater to vegetarian and gluten-free diets, just let them know beforehand.
What is the accommodation like?

Menorca
You'll stay on a different, remote beach every night with just the stars and your fellow kayakers for company. You'll wake up to the sounds of the sea, watch the sun rise from your bivouac, roll out of your sleeping bag and jump straight into the water. Large tarp covers are provided if you would like to sleep under one, with each tarp wide enough for four people. Your hosts will provide all the groceries and logistical support needed to complete the expedition successfully. As this is really wild camping there are no facilities available – we advise bringing biodegradable soap to wash in the sea and to be comfortable enough with finding wild toilet spots. Your host will advise you where the best place to 'visit' is.
This trip has been rated as Moderate
You’ll need good physical fitness and be able to paddle for long distances each day. Your guide will offer paddling and safety instruction and while some sea kayaking experience is definitely preferred, it is not essential.
Menorca has a typically Mediterranean climate and is usually lovely and warm. Average maximum temperatures for May-June are 71-79°F while July and August are the hottest months to visit with average highs of 82-86°F. Sea temperatures in Menorca are perfect for kayaking, swimming, and snorkeling. The sea warms up from May-June reaching 62-66°F, rising to 75°F by the hottest months of July and August.
A wonderful experience
I have been back a week from kayaking the north coast of Menorca and I think I needed time to let everything sink in. The experience has been extraordinary, and this is thanks to incredible organisation and efforts of the local delivery partner, Karetta Advenutures. Our guides, Lucas and Vani, were amazing. Lucas has an incredible wealth of knowledge about the island, kayaking, winds and tides. With this guidance, I have been truly connecting with the nature and environment around. Vani really helped me with some useful kayaking suggestions as this was my first time in open waters. The scenery was breathtaking and I will remember this trip for many years to come. Now I want to do more! Food is plentiful and very intelligently organised, with no waste and enough energy to keep us going. Wild camping on the beach was great. If you decide to choose this adventures, I would certainly be prepared to adapt and lose comforts, and be open minded to be pushed a bit out of the comfort zone. The sea at times can be challenging but the guides were so excellent, that we managed to go through any tricky bits without any capsizing or risks. Be prepared to share bed with insects, mosquitos and the sun is really hot. I loved every minute of it! Thank you Lucas and Vani, and the rest of team on ground.
Turquoise sea swims galore!
This is a fantastic, challenging yet chill exploration of the Menorca. There was plenty of time to rest, swim and explore the beautiful beaches - bring a book! and wild camping each night on the beach was epic. The food was great and our guides did a fantastic job of looking after us and showing us Menorca. Id recommend a long sleeved rash vest of something similar and a good hat for the sun. If you're not sure - just book it and enjoy!
Sea kayaking in Menorca - What a trip!
It was beautiful, wild, and just the right amount of challenging — manageable, but it helps if you have a bit of fitness and some previous kayaking experience :) You will feel it in your back muscles haha …
The water? Crystal clear blue. The kind that makes you stop paddling just to stare. We passed through so many stunning bays that I actually ran out of “wow” reactions. We were lucky to be out during full moon. It was pure magic.
Heads-up on the sun: You will get a tan, but you might also get roasted. Bring SPF stronger than what you think you need like, SPF 30+ is your new best friend. And yes, a hat is a must!
If you’re a coffee drinker, be warned: coffee is served at breakfast… and that’s it. So next time, I’m packing my own instant coffee stash like a true caffeine survivor. If you’re not addicted, congratulations, you’ll be fine. :)
Snacks? Optional. Coffee? Essential.
The group was amazing. All in all, it was a beautiful adventure, raw, refreshing, and full of those unforgettable little moments. Go and have fun!
This was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure – if you get the chance, don’t miss it!
Stunning locations, an amazing group, a professional guide – what more could you ask for? Okay, maybe an extra stash of instant coffee… 😄
We slept at different spots every night, so we got to admire the landscape and the water in all their glorious variety – it honestly felt like we were dropped into a nature documentary, except we were doing the paddling. Sea kayaking can get a bit intense when the waves pick up, but hey, that’s what makes it an adventure!
Must-haves to pack: Mosquito repellent, Instant coffee – you’ll only get the good stuff in the morning, but hot water is always available Paddling gloves – otherwise your hands might quit before you do Sunscreen and a baseball cap – the sun does not mess around Sandals/flip-flops – sneakers not necessary
Camping? Let’s call it authentic. The tents aren’t fully sealed, but we had no issues. We shared one between two, which was comfy – four people might’ve felt like tent-Tetris. For kayaking, we wore shorts with long-sleeve UV shirts (or a tank top + sunscreen), which worked great.
In summary: This trip was the perfect mix of nature, adventure, fun, and challenge. We loved every minute – if you enjoy the sea, staying active, and falling asleep under the stars, this experience is absolutely made for you!
An amazing 4 day adventure
An amazing 4 day adventure with magnificent scenery and incredibly helpful guides in Luca and Vani. Having the option to base your route on the weather forecast for either half of the island, meant that you did part. Not as hard as I thought with just one day a little bit tough. Great set of fellow travellers as well. A unique experience and one I would thoroughly recommend
June 25
My son and I have just returned from this trip. We'd never done anything like it or been with MBA before so didn't really know how we'd get on. I have to say that I can't recommend the team who run it enough, the guys from the warehouse who do all the organising were great and very obliging with pick up and drop off places and timings. The kit was well organised on our arrival and everything was clearly explained. The two guides Lucas and Miguel were brilliant, they worked so well together, Lucas the talkative one, full of information and taking the lead with Miguel always carefully checking on us and quietly watching over us. The others on the group were a nice bunch, it was odd how quickly you felt comfortable with a group of people you would never have met otherwise. The kayaking was at times a bit harder or maybe more frustrating than I'd expected, although it was all shown in the itinerary I found anything more than an hour in one go quite hard. But we did it and the rewards at each stop were beautiful and welcome. We kayaked the North coast, which we were told was lucky because the weather conditions don't often allow it. The scenery was dramatic and awesome at times. The food was plentiful and tasty, it was amazing what they conjured up each day. The sleeping was OK, not particularly comfortable, but kind of as expected. I was pretty stiff from kayaking so didn't sleep well, and most of the others didn't. I'd advise plenty of mozzy spray, and a good comfy pillow. My pillow was too small in reality. I found that even though I didn't take much clothing, I still didn't wear it. Living in swimming costume and longer sleeved top in day, longer comfy trousers and t shirt for evening and bed, to keep the sand and flies off you. Best part was waking up on an empty beach and the snorkeling which was brilliant. Would I go again? Not on same trip but definitely would go MBA again.

Perfect holiday
Behind every smoothly run and comfortable sea kayak trip is a whole load of often invisible logistics, intricate planning and contingencies. Karetta Expeditions have this down to a fine art, which means that punters can turn up, enjoy the paddling, the stunning scenery, the snorkelling and a very special kind of peace and quiet. From scooping us up from our hotels; advice with loading and unloading; keeping us all fed and watered with delicious food; help with setting up the tarps; optimal paddling advice; wildlife spotting; historical explanations; and gentle team building. And all done with patience, grace and good humour. Moltes gràcies to Lukas, Miguel, Isa and the team for creating such a wonderful holiday.
Wild and beautiful
We were lucky enough to kayak the north coast (as dictated by the wind). A lot of it is a nature reserve and as a consequence utterly unspoilt. Crystal blue sea, rugged rock faces and lots of wild life above and below. Our guides Lucas and Michael were amazing. We felt safe and very looked after. Lucas was such a mine of knowledge and very passionate about Menorca. Explaining its history from many perspectives, geologically, culturally and politically, we felt like we really learned a lot about this place we were exploring. The kayaking was a fantastic way to see a very special view of the island. It was challenging and rewarding in equal measure. All aspects were taken of, with expert planning. We had a mix of different kayaks that we all had a chance to try out over the 4 days. The weather was glorious and mostly the sea was very calm. There was a range of abilities but we felt supported and entirely safe at all times. I would say to get the most out of this adventure, it’s worth having some kayaking experience but it’s a truly unique experience. One I would highly recommend if you want to be immersed in nature, see a very beautiful island and get out of your comfort zone!
Absolutely fantastic
The last few days have been amazing. Most of the journey was spent kayaking around the stunning coastline with rest breaks in coves to relax and snorkel. We managed to see a variety of sea life including fish, stingrays & crabs in the crystal clear sea. You don’t need to have any prior kayaking experience however, I would highly recommend at least having some. One of the days was a long slog and experience goes a long way. Please note there were lots of mosquitoes so incest repellent was essential. Didac and the team were exceedingly accommodating, especially Luckas and Miguel who were extremely passionate about the island and its deep culture. I cannot thank them enough and hope to be booking another adventure soon!
Excellent trip with fun people and friendly guides
I've recently got back from our expedition and it was excellent. I arrived a day early and stayed in Hostal Jume in Mahon which was basic but cheap and clean and ideal for a solo traveller. As a group, we met up the night before,as a whatsapp group had been set up for communication, so we got to know each other before the actual trip commenced which was nice. (I also stayed at the same accommodation the night that the expedition finished so that I could have a warm shower at the end and have another night in beautiful Mahon).
We were collected from our accommodation the next morning and taken to the kayak store where we were told that due to the weather, the trip would be planned day by day depending on the conditions (as the wind, rain and swell were expected to be bad for the second day) and we paddled the south coast as this gave more options for extending/cutting short the paddling. On the first night we were a bit battered by wind and rain under the canopies, but the weather then turned during the second day of paddling and we had beautiful blue skies and sunsets. If anything, the poor initial conditions, made us appreciate the good days even more.
The guides, Jan and Lorenzo, were brilliant. They were fun but also kept us focussed when needing to paddle through tricker areas (I'd only had half a day's sea kayaking experience before setting off, but I felt capable of tackling the challenge and safe at all times, thanks to the guides and their instruction). They also advised on the best kayaks to use depending on capability and experience.
The food was transported by the kayaks and therefore was basic (grains/rice/pasta) but delicious and I didn't go hungry with the food and snacks provided. Previous reviews referred to eating at 10. Ours were generally at 9 but we didn't arrive to the beaches until about 6.30/7 and by the time we got our canopies up and bedding out, there wasn't that long to wait and we went straight to bed after to be up having breakfast at 8 the next morning.
The kit list states all that you need but I would definitely suggest a waterproof in the later months if it is likely to rain and it does get chilly in the evenings - we also received a whatsapp message from the team advising us of this and to bring extra things. Insect repellent is a must - mozzies seem to attack any skin protruding out of a sleeping bag if insect repellent is not used.
The above is just advice for future travellers and not designed to put anyone off. I would 100% recommend and am considering signing up again for next year to hopefully paddle the north coast (although this won't be guaranteed until weather conditions are known). It was an amazing experience.
Fantastic expedition.
If beautiful scenery, outdoor eating & sleeping are for you, this is a great trip. Great staff, great company.
Kayaking in Menorca: A Journey to Remember
Our recent kayaking trip to Menorca was nothing short of a life-changing experience. Over four days, we embraced the wild beauty of the island, camping on beautiful beaches and living completely outdoors. Every day began with the sun rising over the horizon and ended with stunning sunsets, all while surrounded by an awesome group of like-minded adventurers. I’ll never forget waking up to the sound of the beach goats!
Paddling through the waves, even on the windy days felt completely safe under the expert guidance of Jan and Lorenz. Their knowledge and calm presence turned the trip into a seamless adventure, even for those less experienced. We swam in the crystal-clear waters every day, relishing the simple joy of being at one with the sea.
The meals prepared for us were incredible. It’s hard to believe camp food could taste so good, but everything felt more vibrant, more alive in such a raw, natural setting. It was great to have such a variety of vegan options for us too.
Menorca’s rugged coastline and wild landscapes provided the perfect backdrop for our journey, but it was the people, the guides, and the immersion in nature that truly made this an unforgettable adventure.
An Excellent Adventure
A great trip in beautiful surroundings. Expertly organised and led by a great local team. High quality equipment, great itineraries and superb organisation. Highly recommended for beginners or more experienced paddlers.
This was our 1st much
This was our 1st much better adventure trip and it was brilliant. The guides (Jan and Lorenzo) were excellent. They were really informative about the local area and nature but also really fun. They gave us a great experience even when the sea conditions were tricky and we always felt super safe. The food they made was delicious - i'm not quite sure where it was all stored in our kayaks! Our group was a lovely mix of people (couples, friends, singles) who all got on really well. We awoke on beaches to beautiful sunrises, hot coffee and early morning swims before the kayaking started for the day. I would recommend this to anyone.
Brilliant adventure
Really enjoyed my time kayaking along south coast of Menorca. The trip was well prepared and organised, great value for money, supportive and informative guides. The only points to highlight to any future adventurers: make sure you have enough warm clothes as it can get cold/damp camping on the beach; and make sure you have enough arm strength to carry out the trip as conditions can get physically challenging for a total newly to physical activity. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience a different type of holiday.
A fantastic trip, that just
A fantastic trip, that just got better each day. Wonderful kayaking exploring spectacular caves and stunning beaches, and camping in increasingly beautiful locations along the south of the island. The guides were both friendly and helpful and really made the journey even more interesting.
What a trip!
Due to the weather we had to glamp rather than wild camp as due to safety they had to review where we could kayak as high winds. It didn’t take away from the trip at all. Food was amazing, great tuition and never laughed so much from start to finish.
Menorca is beautiful and very green. Mahon the capital was a great stop over before and after the trip.
Would recommend gloves and waterproof jacket.
We will definitely be back!
We had an incredible time
We had an incredible time doing sea kayaking in Menorca, despite having some challenging weather the guides Lucas and Jan were great, they took us to different areas which whilst still providing a challenge (which I wanted) we also saw beautiful and interesting parts of the island. Lucas had lots of knowledge of the island and its wildlife which gave great insight. Due to the weather, we couldn’t wild camp but the team arranged alternative accommodation which surpassed expectation. Food wise we were very well feed with fresh salads, veg and fish along with a variety of other dishes, very nice food all round.
Life-changing
This trip is good for anyone looking to bring it back to what really matters. You really become a team by the end of the trip. Pack light because you’ll be needing less than you think… Two bathing suits two shirts one sweatshirt is all you need. Remember, your things have to fit in a kayak!
Amazing trip exploring an epic island!
Having never been to the Balearic Islands before, this was a first, and it WAY surpassed expectations! Menorca is beautiful (we were lucky with the weather) with loads of amazing wildlife above and under the ocean!
Lucas and Jan were our epic guides - between the two of them they have so much knowledge about this incredible place. Because they know the best beaches, we could avoid the crowds, and have the sands all to ourselves.
The equipment was top-notch, the food was delicious, the scenery was epic, and the company was lush (and the beers were good too!).
100% recommend this trip to anyone looking to spend a few days out in nature, but with the comforts of home (minus a fresh-water shower!).
Memorable 4 days kayak camping
Wonderful trip with great people. The guides were professional and great fun to be around and very skilled. The food was good, fresh and well made, the kayak instruction was spot on (I'm an experienced paddler but many weren't, yet they handled the big swell very well and we had no incidents - that's the mark of a good guide). The camping was fund and we had loads of time to swim, sunbathe and enjoy the beaches.
Wonderful
A really fantastic bonding experience for the group, and illuminating for the individual ground down by the humdrum of the rat race. Great guides, organized company, totally recommend it.
This was a great trip,
This was a great trip, very well organised and lots of fun. The trip took us through beautiful caves and into a stunning cavern at one point, things you couldn't have seen without a kayak. We managed the wild camping even with some high wind on our last night. Lucas and Loren were the perfect hosts, thanks so much.

Fantastic experience
What a trip, the scenery and locations we had the privilege to visit were incredible. The guides were very knowledgeable and I learned a huge amount about this small island in just 4 days. The food provided was brilliant and surpassed all my expectations.
Nothing but positives to say for the Karetta Expeditions team, thanks for a great holiday!

Great summer adventure !
It's my second trip with Much better adventures and I am satisfied again.
The crew was super-professional and made sure everyone is safe while having fun. The track was chosen to avoid crowds and see the hidden jems of Menorca.
The food was really good considering it was cooked in the field. I am vegetarian, and it was always respected. The only suggestion: if possible to make dinner a bit earlier as after 10 pm is too late for me.
In terms of physical level: we would paddle 3-4 hours per day. I think some good shape is needed as well as son experience in kayaking, otherwise can be a bit challenging, especially if the weather condition is not the best.

Amazing!
Wow such a great trip! Our guides were amazing and really ensured we had the best time. We did the south coast and had really calm conditions on days 1 and 2, 3 and 4 were a lot more choppy. Be prepared with sea sickness tablets and know that the normal conditions can be challenging for less experienced kayakers, having said that we all completed it without feeling out of our depth. I really improved my kayaking and built my confidence. Meals were really diverse and good, lots of fresh, healthy and tasty food. Camping on the beach under the stars was amazing. Lots of swimming and snorkelling between legs, the perfect balance. I would recommend brining loose trousers and vest top which you can wear in the evening and to sleep in. Bikini, long sleeve rash vest and synthetic shorts for the day. I would also recommend brining kayaking gloves to save yourself blisters. Also bring a few euros for the bus into Mahon as the ATM has a terrible exchange rate and they don’t accept cards on the bus!
Kayaking expedition
🙂
Fantastic trip.
Awesome few days wild camping and kayaking along the Menorcan coast. As usual everything was meticulously planned out by MBA and went smoothly. Big shout to Lorenzo and Lucas who made the trip fun and enjoyable without ever compromising on safety. Would highly recommend. Great fun.
Amazing trip! Didn't want it to end
Brilliant trip! We got to do the north coast of the island, which was full of interesting coves and headlands and hidden beaches with no one else on. Our two local guides, Lucas and Jan were excellent - friendly, experts kayakers and full of interesting local knowledge about the wildlife, geology and culture of the island. They are also really conscious of their impact on the environment which made for a really insightful expedition. The food was perfect as well, and felt like a real luxury not to have to prepare the food and other kit in advance, they have it all prepared for you when you arrive! We even had wine in the evening with dinner and porridge for breakfast :-) We had some challenging weather/sea conditions for the first couple of days, but I felt completely at ease with Lucas and Jan and wouldn't have imagined I'd be kayaking in the choppy sea, but it was actually a lot of fun. They also took us round some interesting rock formations and through cliff caves! I do lots of cycle touring and this was such an interesting way to visit somewhere from the sea perspective. 100% recommend if you like simple living, getting off grid and feeling connected to nature.
A truly wonderful experience
What a truly wonderful experience. Everything from the organisation, to the kayaking route, to the camping, to the food and the other people was fantastic. The first two days are hard but the effort is more than rewarded with the incredible locations and dramatic scenery. I loved it all.

We partner with the World Land Trust to ensure this trip achieves Net-Zero emissions. We also support their Buy an Acre program, helping local communities to buy and protect natural habitats in perpetuity.
What's the number?
It works out on average at 33kg of CO2 emissions per person, including all local transport, accommodation, food, activities, guides, staff and office operations.
The only thing it doesn’t include right now is flights and travel to the destination. We do make an overall estimate across all our customers separately, but as we don’t book flights, have customers from all corners of the world, and no way of reliably knowing their travel plans, we simply can’t include an individual number in the figure on display here. We’ve got a goal to fix that, so that when you book, there is a way to measure and mitigate the carbon emitted by your flight too.
But what does the number mean?
Yep, hard to picture eh? To give you an idea:
- Driving 1000 miles/1609km would be approximately 281kg of CO2 in an average car (or 140.5kg per person, if there were two of you in it).
- A return economy class flight between London and New York would be approximately 1619kg (1.66 tonnes) per person.
- 10 trees in a temperate forest are estimated to remove approximately 250kg of CO2 from the air in a period of 5-10 years.
What are we doing about it?
Our trips are relatively low-carbon by design, and we're working with all our hosts to develop long term carbon reduction plans. We partner with the World Land Trust to ensure this trip achieves Net-Zero emissions. We also support their Buy an Acre programme, helping local communities to buy and protect natural habitats in perpetuity, ensuring the protection of the reserve and its wildlife.
Want to know more?
Amazingly, no international travel company has ever publicly published their carbon measurements before, as far as we know. We believe that must change, quickly. So we’re openly sharing the method we used in the hope that other companies will be able to more easily follow suit and build on what we've done so far. You'll find it all here.
There are two potential routes for the trip - and you won't know which one you are doing until you arrive in Menorca. The north and south coasts are two different sides of the same island - geography, geology, and landscape have defined both coasts with their own personality and features. The remote north coast with its wild and pristine landscape full of endemic plants, marine diversity, and Posidonia meadows - this is the place to be away from the crowds and feel the authentic Mediterranean. The south is a Mediterranean paradise, with white limestone cliffs and crystal waters, sea caves only reachable by kayak, shade offered by the pinewoods in the ravines, and the refuge of the coves on windy days.
The wind, the sea conditions, and the weather forecast will dictate which coast you set off paddling towards on Day 1. The trip will be adapted by your guide to be safe, comfortable, and to bring the most valuable and unique experience while paddling in the Biosphere Reserve of Menorca.

The remote north coast with its wild and pristine landscape full of endemic plants, marine diversity, and Posidonia meadows – this is the place to be away from the crowds and feel the authentic Mediterranean.
The tap water in Menorca is safe to drink. Your guide will provide all food and water on the adventure, so everything is covered for you.
Absolutely. Anything you don't need on the journey can be left with your local host and will be kept safe until the end of your vacation.
This trip operates in areas where daytime temperatures can reach extreme highs, where limited shade and high humidity can also be a factor. These conditions can affect physical performance and increase the risk of dehydration or heat-related illness. Your guide will adjust the pace and monitor the group closely, but hydration, proper clothing, and sun protection are essential.
Before traveling, consider your ability to be active in high temperatures and consult a medical professional if you have concerns – especially if you have any cardiovascular or heat-sensitive conditions. Arriving a day or two prior to the trip may help you adjust gradually to the heat.
Sure can! Over 70% of our travellers travel solo, it’s a great way to meet like-minded people.
Our team of Adventure Hunters co-create exclusive adventures which are run by highly vetted, specialist hosts. The trip is run by our trusted host partner in the destination. You’ll be introduced to the host straight after making a booking via the Much Better Adventures platform.
Much Better Adventures refer to the UK Government’s official travel advice when designing trips and monitoring trip operations. We recommend that all customers review the practical information available on the UK Government’s FCDO website, where you can find up-to-date advice by searching for your destination(s).
If you are based in the United States, you can also check the latest travel advisories from the U.S. Department of State.
For customers joining from other international locations, we recommend checking the official travel advice issued by your country of residence, as guidance may vary.
We recommend checking out the country-specific information and also talking to a travel nurse.
We automatically convert prices from the local currency that a host receives to your chosen currency. We update our exchange rates daily, so prices displayed on the site are subject to currency fluctuations, which is why you may see them change over time.
If you wish to change the currency you pay in, head to the bottom of the page.
