Catch your first glimpse of the subtropical Madeiran archipelago from the plane, then meet your host and transfer to your hotel in Funchal, the island's vibrant capital. Framed by a dramatic backdrop of lush, cloud-tipped mountains on the island's south coast, the city unfolds over a series of steep hills and terraces, overlooking the Atlantic. There's quite a lot to explore in Funchal, including a colourful local market, exotic gardens, historic alleys, and an epic toboggan ride – so if you have some extra time to hand, it's a great spot to extend your stay and explore. Tonight, your guide will take you somewhere local to taste some delicious food and tell you all about the epic adventure ahead.

Kick off your island adventure with a superb hike through Madeira's wild, mountainous interior. Setting off from Bica da Cana viewpoint at 1600m, you'll gradually descend the stunning PR17 trail along levadas (the island's unique irrigation channels), hiking through verdant, high-altitude vegetation – including the native UNESCO-protected Laurisilva forests. Trek through tunnels and duck underneath a couple of cascades to reach your final destination in Encumeada, where you can soak in the views over Ribeira Brava and the towering peaks of the Cordillera Central. Your home for the next two nights is an ocean-front hotel in quaint Sao Vicente – a gem of a village on the island's wild northern coast – and tonight, you'll taste some of Madeira's traditional wines paired with cheese. Cheers!

Dotted with hidden lagoons, cascading falls and ancient laurel forests, Madeira is truly a canyoning paradise. Get ready for a soaking today as you head to Ribeira do Lajeado for an exhilarating adventure in these 'Jurassic World' surroundings. Begin by hiking along the Levada do Alecrim through the dense Laurisilva forest, then continue by scrambling, jumping, sliding and abseiling (up to 25m) your way across the network of trails, river systems and secluded natural pools, alongside your expert canyoning guide. Look over the Vento and Risco waterfalls in the distance, then hike back, grab some lunch and head back to your hotel in Sao Vincente.

Take a short transfer to Achadas da Cruz, the most westerly point of Madeira, then descend down to the traditional village of Fajá da Quebrada Nova via a steep 2km trail, or via an equally vertical cable car ride. Whichever you choose, the coastal views will be truly mesmerising. Once home to an agricultural community, many of the old traditional buildings are now abandoned, giving the place a nostalgic charm. Continue hiking along the beach and then along the Vereda de Tristao River to Porto Moniz. Reward your efforts with a refreshing swim in the incredible tidal pools, then transfer to your final base – the coastal town of Santa Cruz.

2026 Departures: From 2026, this day in the itinerary takes a new turn, with a surfing lesson in the coastal village of Seixal replacing the hike entirely. With its dramatic black-sand beach, surrounding banana groves and towering green cliffs, Seixal offers one of Madeira’s most picturesque surf settings. After a short transfer, meet your local instructor and get fitted with all the necessary gear. The class is designed for beginners, with a focus on safety, technique and fun – so no prior experience is needed, just a love for the ocean. After your session, transfer to Santa Cruz to unwind at your final base, with salty hair, tired arms and big smiles guaranteed.

    Day 5

Spot dolphins and hike a coastal trail in Ponta de São Lourenço

Get ready for an epic day as you head out to explore the sea around Madeira's eastern tip. Ponta de São Lourenço is a peninsula of volcanic origin, where a semi-arid climate and exposure to northern winds cause the vegetation to be unusually low and absent of trees – a stark contrast with the rest of the island. Join a local marine biologist aboard a high-speed boat, keeping your eyes peeled for the abundant marine life: sightings of common and bottlenose dolphins, as well as loggerhead turtles, are common, and sometimes sperm whales. After lunch, you'll hike along the coastal trails of this incredible nature reserve, stopping for a swim along the way. Back in Santa Cruz, enjoy a final meal with your fellow adventurers and guide, then get some rest ahead of an early rise for your final day of adventure tomorrow.

    Day 6

    Sunrise views above the clouds

You can't leave Madeira without witnessing the dazzling views from its highest point – Pico Ruivo (1862m). This morning you'll rise early – before dawn – for a short but incredibly rewarding hike that will take you to the roof of the island. Head torch on, you'll set off along the cobbled trail towards the peak. The view at the top will leave you speechless as you contemplate the golden sun rising above the clouds, with incredible views on the mountain ridge and far into the valley towards the ocean (weather permitting!). If you're leaving today, your host will then drive you back to the airport in time for your flight back home. Boa viagem!

Detailed Logistics

Transfers

If you are flying into Funchal on Day 1, please ensure your flight lands by 17:00 in order to meet your host and the rest of the group in time for the initial briefing and dinner. There is one set arrival transfer included – this is usually at 17:00, however, your host will confirm the exact time and logistics ahead of your arrival. If you arrive early, or later, it's easy to make your own way to the start hotel in Funchal either by public bus (30mins, €3-5), or by taxi (20 minutes, approx. €15-20).

On some departure dates it may be that an alternative start hotel is being used in Funchal. Your host will inform you if there are any adjustments, and will always confirm all the final details with you in a pre-departure message a few weeks prior to travelling.

At the end of your trip, you will be dropped at the airport, usually at around 10:00. We recommend booking a flight that departs after 12:00 to ensure you have enough time to join the final sunrise hike. If you are extending your trip and wish to be dropped off in Funchal city centre instead of the airport on Day 6, you can request this with your local host – there may be a small fee to pay, depending on the number of fellow travellers who share this service. Once you have booked your flights, please provide your host with this information.

Travel options

There are regular flights to Funchal from major airports across the UK and Europe. If you choose to arrive early, there are regular buses across the island that you can use to explore. Our local host has a wealth of information about accommodation and activities – please don't hesitate to contact them for advice before planning your experience.

Trip level explained

Level 3

Moderate

The activities on this trip can be done without any previous experience – you'll have expert guides to show you the ropes and help you navigate the canyoning. Although each day is not overly strenuous, you'll be fairly active for a few hours so the trip is best enjoyed if you have a decent level of fitness and agility, and if you enjoy the outdoors with some moments of adventure and adrenaline.

The hikes are up and down paths of moderate difficulty with some occasional steep, loose sections as well as some exposed paths. The sweeping views and lush wilderness of Madeira will reward every effort!

Canyoning will involve sections of hiking, scrambling, abseiling, optional jumps, sliding and swimming. Full gear and tuition will be provided, all you need is a basic fitness level. You should, however, be comfortable in the water and not be overly afraid of heights, as there is a 25m rappelling section to tackle.

On departures in 2026, the hike on Day 4 will be replaced with a beginner-friendly surf lesson. Whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to improve your skills, the class will be tailored to your level. The only requirement is that you’re able to swim and tread water.

What will I need to carry?

You'll need to have a larger bag suitable for all your belongings which will be transported for you, and then a small rucksack to carry personal items during each day of activity.

Remote environment: factors to consider

Some parts of this trip take place in areas where access to medical facilities and emergency services may be limited. This may mean that reaching medical care takes longer than you might normally expect, or that local medical facilities have fewer resources than those you may be used to at home.

If someone becomes unwell or injured, initial treatment may be provided locally before onward travel to a larger hospital or city for further care. Evacuation could involve changing the planned route or using different forms of transport to reach appropriate medical facilities. Mobile phone coverage may also be intermittent in some locations.

Your guide is trained to manage situations in remote environments and will monitor the group and respond appropriately if any issues arise. However, it’s important that you let your guide know straight away if you feel unwell or experience any health concerns during the trip.

Before booking, consider your personal health and ability to travel in locations where access to medical care may be delayed. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, we recommend seeking advice from a medical professional and discussing them with your host before travelling.

All travellers must have suitable travel insurance that covers the activities included in the trip and emergency medical evacuation if required.

The trip itself was excellent and I’d highly recommend it. However, the tour guide was a weak point, with limited communication and lack of engagement affecting the overall experience.

This was more than a holiday for us - it was a wonderful family get-together. Annual leave is precious in your early twenties and five days with your parents has to be fun to be worth it. Madeira didn't disappoint. The varied activities appealed to us all, the guide was amazing (thank you Margarida) and the scenery stunning. My daughter can't wait to surf again, my son loved jumping down the Canyon, and we were grateful just to keep up. Good food and company added to the trip's success. Well done MBA! I'm recommending you to everyone!

What a blast! Fortunate with a great group. There was no pressure to be fast or the first, making the hikes very accessible, even for an inexperienced hiker. The canyoning & abseiling day was the most challenging (both mentally & physically) but also the most rewarding. Madeira is a stunning island. Would definitely recommend 👍

What a week. Seen such a varied landscape in minimal time. Hiking views amazing -waterfalls, seaviews, tunnels, moon and sunrise. Canyoning brilliant - need a head for heights and guides fabulous, saw pilot whale from the fun ride in speed boat with knowledgeable marine biologist and remember your mask and snorkel- the fish are amazing! Andre passionate about Madeira and knows his stuff. Very slick operation and lovely hotels. Highly recommend.

My partner and I went on this trip early October. Weather was very nice, mostly sunny very occasional showers and the rain certainly never impacted the trip. The tour was well organised and was executed perfectly. The mix of adventure and time to unwind was also well balanced. Puedro was a great guide, informative, organised relaxed and easy to chat with. The hikes were a good challenge but never too much to handle and really varied which was really enjoyed. The canyoning was a great highlight for me where people got a the adrenaline pumping with some fairly high jumps and rappelling. Overall I can't fault the trip!

Madeira is a beautiful island and our guide, Margarida, was even more lovely! As marketed, the Wild Island Adventure trip requires a moderate general fitness level and willingness to push physical (and mental) boundaries for some.
  • Amazing views and good times!

Met so many wonderful and supportive people, the group and guide were great! It was my first trip with this company and although I was not the most fit at the time, they were kind and I was able to complete all of the challenges! It was very rewarding both physically and mentally. Gorgeous island!

I am recently back from an unforgettable 5-day adventure in Madeira with Much Better Adventures. From the start, the group vibe was amazing — a mix of ages, nationalities and professions but everyone was warm, welcoming and keen to stick together throughout the trip. The hotels were impressive (all with swimming pools!) and the food was consistently great — even the packed lunches. A huge shoutout to our guide, Puedro, who was local to Madeira and absolutely brilliant at keeping us all organised, motivated and laughing. Highlights? Definitely the canyoning and the sunrise trek on the final day but honestly, every group dinner and shared moment made it special. I already can’t wait to book my next adventure! If you’re on the fence about joining a group holiday, go for it — you’ll meet incredible people, there’s zero stress when it comes to organising and you absolutely won’t be disappointed.
  • Fabulous week!

    Jessica M. July 2025
We saw everything Madeira has to offer- forested trails, jumping from waterfalls, desert hikes, dolphin & seal watching, swimming, wine tasting, sunrise & sunsets … the list goes on! Our guide Puedeo was fantastic- he obviously loves sharing the beauty of his island. This trip was a great value - highly recommend!
  • Wild Adventure indeed!

    Cristina N. July 2025
Just returned from a 6-day hiking trip in Madeira, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The island’s scenery is nothing short of magical—lush forests, dramatic cliffs, and sweeping ocean views that took my breath away each day. Our guide, Puedro, was fantastic: knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about the island’s nature and history. He made each hike not just beautiful, but meaningful. One of the highlights was a day of canyoning, where we rappelled down waterfalls and leapt into crystal-clear pools—an exhilarating way to experience Madeira’s wild side. A second highlight was watching the sunrise over Pico Ruivo. Our group was in awe of the landscape. This trip exceeded all expectations and left me in awe of Madeira’s natural beauty. Highly recommended!
  • Stunning tour round Madeira

    Phil July 2025
This tour was a picturesque adventure round Madeira. The group was international, varied and social. There was a mixture of well travelled and those trying out their first group adventure. The second day consisted of downhills, waterfalls and levadas, winding through the lush green forests. We finished with a drink overlooking the hills as the cloudfalls flowed down the valley. The third day involved canyoning, ziplines and a beach view dinner. The fourth day started with a cablecar down to the beach, then a winding up hill to the clifftop cafe. Afterwards we tracked a levada through rural villages and farms, finishing off with a swim in a large sea water pool. The final hike was to catch the sunrise over the highest peak on the island. There were breathtaking views before, during and after the sunrise, a special moment for the whole group. Our guide Andre, a local from Madeira, kept us safe, entertainer and learning, with equal measures of Maderian passion, and hiking experience. I would highly recommend this trip, as the scenery and views are far better in person than any picture.
  • Fantastic trip with amazing people!!

    Jetti G. June 2025
I loved this trip so much!! Pedro was the absolute best guide, took great care of us and also gave us fantastic restauarant recs! (Get the pork fish!!! 😍😍😍). I can’t wait to my next MBA adventure because I am hooked!
  • This was my first solo

    Natalie H. June 2025
This was my first solo trip and my first trip with MBA. I was apprehensive about meeting my fellow travelers, even more so when I found out there were only 2 solo travelers on the trip. However, I need not have been concerned, as everyone was amazing and very inclusive. The group dynamics were very good, and we had a laugh together. Puedro, our guide, was brilliant. He kept us entertained and safe. I found the steepness of some of the hikes challenging, but the views are well worth it. The island is breathtaking, and we saw lots of different landscapes. Tips for fellow travellers 1- Headtorch was very handy on 2 days. 2- Dont wear your hiking boots on the whale-watching trip; you get soaked. 3 - If you are very afraid of heights, this trip is possibly not for you. The canyoning has 2 big jumps and 2 smaller ones. The zipline at the end is also from quite a height, as is the advertised 25m abseil. An exhilarating experience! Several of the hikes are also along steep cliff edges, so be prepared. I would definitely recommend this trip and MBA. I am already looking for my next one! Thanks to Jorge, Puedro and my lovely group for making it a trip to remember.
  • So many highlights to this trip!

    Jade M. June 2025
I had the best memories on this trip. Madeira is the most beautiful island I've ever been to! Beautiful coastline, lushous green everywhere you look and outstanding mountain views! This trip gives you a real flavour of all the island has to offer. Some of my personal favorite highlights were spotting pilot whales during the wildlife trip, that was amazing! The canyoning was so fun, I'd never jumped off a waterfall so the adrenaline was fantastic, the group leads were also hilarious! Watching the sunrise above the clouds was such a special moment I will treasure for a long time! Pedro was a super host, and the group were a great bunch. Accommodation was good and there was plenty of choice with the food. I'd love to do it all over again, definitely recommend this trip!
  • The most amazing week!!

    Ellie M. April 2025
This multi activity trip provided such a variety of experiences and truly felt like we saw so much of the island in such a short space of time. Even though we had to change hiking routes and plans a few times due to weather, Puedro our guide always found a great alternative to keep us busy! Puedro went above and beyond to give us good local food recommendations in the evenings. A few of us were staying a couple extra days in Madeira, and again Puedro went the extra mile to give recommendations on activities and food spots for our extra time. Jorge was also incredible sharing all information prior to the week and helping in the event of any issues, which we did have with one hotel but Jorge sorted within minutes. I can’t wait for my next MBA trip and will definitely be returning to Madeira.
  • Adventure done right - an epic week of peaks and plunges

    Jacob S. March 2025
If you’re on the fence about booking this trip, take this as your sign to go for it. This trip delivers from the first step to the last abseil. The canyoning was a genuine adrenaline rush — leaping, sliding and rappelling through untouched forest gorges. The hiking? Spectacular! From sunrise at Pico Ruivo to the windswept cliffs of São Lourenço, every route offered amazing views, great experiences, and unforgettable memories. While Madeira can be done solo, MBA unlocks a different level of access — remote, crowd-free trails and the kind of local knowledge that turns a good walk into something exceptional. For example, we timed our sunrise hike perfectly to avoid the rush, which meant we had space to enjoy the views (rather than feel like we’re in a queue for the bus). The itinerary strikes a perfect balance — full days, but never frantic. Accommodation was comfortable, well located, and full of local flavour. The dolphin-watching tour was a thoughtful touch, offering a slower moment to take in the Atlantic. Most of all, credit goes to our guide, Puedro. His deep knowledge, energy and flexibility turned a great itinerary into an unforgettable experience. It’s clear that he cares about his group having a good time and, without him, we would’ve been stuck navigating the various route closures, ever changing weather, and various variations of Poncha! Professional, well-paced and packed with wow-factor. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
  • Exploring the island of levadas and tunnels

    Rhiannon T. March 2025
We spent a few days exploring some of Madeira's beautiful coastal paths, finding fabulous views and waterfalls, and enjoying gorgeous food and wines. A wild canyoning adventure in very invigorating water! We didn't get lucky on the dolphin and whale spotting, but the boat trip was great, with a swimming opportunity in a sunny cove. Our guide Nuno was super knowledgeable, about everything from flora and fauna, geology and farming, history and culture. It was early in the season, and the weather foiled some of our plans, but I loved the Madeiran vibe, and will definitely be back!

Madeira is spectacular, and our guide led us on beautiful adventures that were fun and appropriate given the weather and fitness level of the group. Her knowledge of the history of the island, the flora and fauna, the hiking trails was incredible. There was no question that went unanswered.
  • Really lovely few days exploring

    Lucy B. October 2024
Really lovely few days exploring Madeira with our guide Yulia. Our itinerary had to change a few times due to weather and fires but it didn’t detract from the trip at all- trust the guides, everywhere they took us was stunning and exceeded all my expectations!
  • Wow!

    Paul O. October 2024
Amazing trip, brilliantly paced and varied activities in crazy beautiful landscapes. Every new view was WOW! Totally hassle free, seamless transitions and fantastic local hosting. Julia the local host tweaked itineraries based on wildfires early in the year that closed off some areas and a weather warning. It meant we got the best every day could offer on this wonderful island - probably the greatest benefit of a guided holiday. Julia herself was super knowledgeable, generous with her time and her energy and expertise elevated the trip. The group were a great crowd and we had fun times out, clever itinerary design meant it was easy to dip in and out as desired. All activities were through top quality local teams. Would thoroughly recommend. Don’t forget to add a little time at the start or end to explore Funchal and surrounds as it’s great! WOW WOW WOW!
  • Fun, well coordinated adventures with great guides

    Romain K. October 2024
Madeira provided a variety of activities that were all enjoyable. Our guide (Yulia) knew the island like the back of her hand, and proactively adjusted routes to give us the best weather possible, and the safest conditions. Transfers between activities, hotels, etc were timely, we never lacked for food, and nothing ever felt rushed. The guides for the canyoning day were very competent and made me feel safe at all times despite my fear of heights (and the equipment made my dislike of cold water a non-issue). The difficulty rating felt accurate: I am not an experienced hiker and had never been canyoning before, but got through the whole week without too much trouble. Madeira, itself, was a unique experience, with incredible views, delicious food, and great weather. I was very satisfied with the trip and will certainly book another adventure, in the Azores next time (and I wish we could take Yulia with us). One piece of advice: planning to arrive a day early may help buffer against travel delays. We were glad to have the extra time in Funchal.
  • Expertly guided multiactivity short break

    Sophie O. October 2024
This was our first trip with much better adventures and our first visit to Madeira. The trip is only 5 days long but really allowed us to get a feel for the contrasts you find in this beautiful island. We enjoyed the cooler, wetter north: walking along levadas in lush forests, swimming in natural rock pools on the rugged North Atlantic coast and exploring an ancient misty laurel forest. Special mention to the day canyoning, undoubtedly the best day of that activity I’ve ever done. The we basked in the warmer drier south: seeing sperm whales and dolphins, and hiking over the Sao Lourenco peninsula. The people of Madeira are welcoming and charming, the food is great (and huge portions!) but the number one highlight of the trip was our guide, Yulia. She is full of knowledge about Madeira, and is always happy to share it. She knows the trails and routes really well and will adjust the pace to allow you to speed up or take your time to enjoy the views. We could just relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery knowing that she was taking care of the details. Some walks were changed from the original itinerary due to bad weather. Yulia’s local knowledge meant that she knew some routes were inaccessible on the day we had planned to go and this meant we didn’t waste time driving along the (very winding) Madeiran roads only to have to turn back. I particularly enjoyed the “matrimonial path” walk which showcased the transition in climate and vegetation from north to south along the route. It has some of the most stunning coastal views I’ve ever seen. I’d definitely return to Madeira, this has been a brilliant introduction.
  • Yulia was fantastic!

    Annette F. October 2024
I had a fantastic trip!! Yulia was the best guide I have had the pleasure of traveling with. She did an amazing job of adjusting the schedule when we had some unexpected weather. She managed to keep the group together and on a schedule all with a smile and sense of humor. The Canyoneering, Lavada hikes, and Fanal forest were my favorite activities. Thank you, Yulia ❤️❤️
  • What a beautiful country!

    Georgia C. September 2024
Really enjoyed this trip and is my second with MBA. Loved the variety within the trip and my highlight was the sunrise hike which was stunning. The day we were canyoning was very cold as it was March 2024 so we did have to work as a team to laugh our way through but the canyoning activities were really amazing with abseiling, zip lining and jumping! Some confusion with vegetarian options but we made it work and it was the first trip being ran so am sure it will be sorted for future trips. The lunches themselves were really great quality and loved the Pastel De Natas making a regular appearance! Really recommend this trip - Madeira is a stunning country, offering all sorts of terrain and you can mix up the order of activities depending on the weather which is always changing on the island. Pedro was brilliant at giving us the history of the island and personal/cultural things about growing up in Madeira.
  • Wonderful trip

    Faye September 2024
Just back from a week in Madeira (we had an extra night in Funchal at either end) and it was so, so good. Our guide Yulia was exceptional- she knows everything about Madeira and clearly loves the island. Our group was the best and I met some amazing people. Hiking the Levadas, jumping off 20ft waterfalls and whale watching were some highlights. Everyday was different and challenging but achievable- I would recommend this trip to everyone. Bravery is contagious!

This trip operates in areas where daytime temperatures can reach extreme highs, where limited shade and high humidity can also be a factor. These conditions can affect physical performance and increase the risk of dehydration or heat-related illness. Your guide will adjust the pace and monitor the group closely, but hydration, proper clothing, and sun protection are essential.

Before travelling, consider your ability to be active in high temperatures and consult a medical professional if you have concerns – especially if you have any cardiovascular or heat-sensitive conditions. Arriving a day or two prior to the trip may help you adjust gradually to the heat.

Sure can! Over 70% of our travellers travel solo, it’s a great way to meet like-minded people.

Madeira enjoys a subtropical climate with hot summers and mild winters, usually with sunshine throughout most of the year. Whilst the south of the island and coast are usually sunnier, colder temperatures, fog, or low clouds can be expected in the interior of the island and at higher altitudes, so it's important to come equipped for all weather conditions year-round (see our kit list for more information). In the winter months (between December and March), temperatures hover just under 20° C, mild enough to swim in the sea or a heated outdoor pool, though there's a slightly higher possibility of rain. The weather in the mountains can be pretty unpredictable, with rain and cold temperatures a possibility at any time of the year – especially at higher altitudes (above 1500m). The best you can do is to be prepared for anything and come equipped with layers of clothing, sunscreen and waterproofs.

Your host will be monitoring the weather conditions during the course of the trip and will suggest alternative, safer hiking routes should the weather get particularly bad. The dolphin-watching tour is, of course, dependent on favourable sea conditions – should this get cancelled, your host will replace it with an alternative activity.

Canyoning usually takes place at Ribeira do Lajeado, however the exact location will be dependent on water levels which will be checked beforehand by the local guides. If conditions in Lajeado are not optimum, your guides will take you to an alternative canyon on the island.

We partner with the World Land Trust to ensure this trip achieves Net-Zero emissions. We also support their Buy an Acre programme, helping local communities to buy and protect natural habitats in perpetuity.

What's the number?
It works out on average at 134kg of CO2 emissions per person, including all local transport, accommodation, food, activities, guides, staff and office operations.

The only thing it doesn’t include right now is flights and travel to the destination. We do make an overall estimate across all our customers separately, but as we don’t book flights, have customers from all corners of the world, and no way of reliably knowing their travel plans, we simply can’t include an individual number in the figure on display here. We’ve got a goal to fix that, so that when you book, there is a way to measure and mitigate the carbon emitted by your flight too.

But what does the number mean?
Yep, hard to picture eh? To give you an idea:

  • Driving 1000 miles/1609km would be approximately 281kg of CO2 in an average car (or 140.5kg per person, if there were two of you in it).
  • A return economy class flight between London and New York would be approximately 1619kg (1.66 tonnes) per person.
  • 10 trees in a temperate forest are estimated to remove approximately 250kg of CO2 from the air in a period of 5-10 years.

What are we doing about it?
Our trips are relatively low-carbon by design, and we're working with all our hosts to develop long term carbon reduction plans. We partner with the World Land Trust to ensure this trip achieves Net-Zero emissions. We also support their Buy an Acre programme, helping local communities to buy and protect natural habitats in perpetuity, ensuring the protection of the reserve and its wildlife.

Want to know more?
Amazingly, no international travel company has ever publicly published their carbon measurements before, as far as we know. We believe that must change, quickly. So we’re openly sharing the method we used in the hope that other companies will be able to more easily follow suit and build on what we've done so far. You'll find it all here.
