You'll be staying at an agriturismo – a working farm which produces its own vegetables, olives and fruit, as well as raising a wide variety of livestock. These ingredients make it onto the dinner table each night in fresh, delicious Sardinian meals, served in platters of antipasti, pasta dishes, vegetables and meats to share. Typical items include focaccia, pizza, salad, gnocchi, ravioli, wild boar, suckling pig, seasonal vegetables, sheep’s milk cheese and delicious dolce. Local wine is included with dinner. While sea kayaking, you’ll have a packed picnic lunch with fresh fruit, a sandwich, snacks and a drink.
